Terms and conditions

Our designs are handmade with great dedication and care that can take between 1 to 3 days to produce your request. Some products may be shipped on the day of order, depending on availability.

To order a necklace, select details from the drop-down menu and add the necklace to the cart. Note that there are some variables such as dimensions and colour.

All parts are produced in a composite material developed by Bekoffee containing a high percentage of coffee grounds. Due to the natural heterogeneity of the composites, the material can present characteristic patterns and marks. Bekoffe works in the development of new materials, patterns, textures, finish and design that allows creating simple and beautiful pieces of jewellery that can complement any style of clothing positively.


We accept credit cards and Pay Pal. You should follow the steps indicated on the website. Upon receipt of payment we will start the production and packaging process which may take 1-3 business days.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after ordering.


Orders take between 1 to 3 business days to be produced, packaged and delivered to shipping services.

Please check your address and your data in order to avoid shipping problems.

The shipment will be made by registered mail, and the costs will be displayed on the payment page. The time of transport depends on the country. The transport data will be sent by email so that they can proceed to the tracking of the order.

Sending large orders, up to 8 pieces, can take longer production and packaging time, and can arrive in 7 business days.

Some countries require customs or other taxes, please check in your country. These costs are the buyer's responsibility and are usually charged at the time of delivery or when you receive the order at your address.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

In case of any problem with the request or defect, please contact us at info@bekoffee.com. We will be available to find the best solution to your problem.

We will not accept returns of parts that have been used and damaged after receipt, and the parts must be returned in the state in which they were delivered.

Returns are refundable upon receipt and must be in good condition.
